COLLOIDAL SILVER MACHINES

Over the years, we have looked at, investigated and tested many machines on the market. Most of them claim to be the best in some way or another. Yet most of them ‘fail’ in many respects. Some fail very badly. Some are downright silly. At least the silly ones are not too expensive. Mind you, a box with three 9 volt batteries in series, with 2 dubious looking silver ‘wires’ attached is too expensive at any price.

Although, for a reasonably healthy person, even Silver produced by this ‘machine’ is effective and will do no real harm. No so sure when the person is not healthy. Particularly when they tell you to ‘drop a pinch of sea-salt in the water prior to using the machine’. You see, we believe that purity is reasonably important. That’s why, as you will read below, we recommend the use of pure, distilled water. You see, the moment you turn the power on to make your Silver, whatever impurities exist in the water, become - well, something else. A molecular change occurs. Sea-salt for example becomes a different sodium. Not so useful for someone who is already not well. There is also a company that tells you to drop some hydrogen peroxide - bleach - into your Silver. Just to be different, just so it can be claimed that they are better. Well, forget it. After over 20 years of research, you still cannot improve something pure by making it less pure. What we have learned is how to produce consistently fine .001 to .005 micron size particles. Even after double or triple normal production times, these machines will still produce that same size particles. The method is no secret. You see, with most machines, what happens is that as the machine begins to produce Silver, resistance increases in the water. As the resistance increases, so does the power drawn from the machine increases. The result of that is larger and larger particles.

Yet it is so simple to alter the settings so that no matter the resistance, the ‘current’ remains constant.

We promised in the first issue of Health and Light that we will have machines available. Although the ‘plan’ did not work quite as well as I hoped, we now have machines available. Where the plan did not work was in the manufacturing - too much of it is out of our control, therefore the prices are not as low as I planned.

However, the quality and sophistication is every bit as good as it should be. These machines, designed for home use, are capable of producing, consistently, the same quality of Colloidal Silver that we are producing for the Health Food stores. The machines are also foolproof. Simply turn them on, half hour later, they automatically turn off. If for some reason you require a stronger solution, simply turn the machine on again - half hour later, you have a double strength solution.

This is one of the few machines available today that you can do this with and still only get .001 to .005 micron size particles all the time. As mentioned, most machines on the market would produce larger and larger particles, the longer you had the machines on.

The only thing you need to supply is pure water. If Rainbow Pure is available to you, use that. If not, all supermarkets have Noble’s water, in bottles as well as casks. Not expensive and consistently pure. If you find that water appears to have ‘smoke’ in it after you start to make the Silver, it is because the water is not pure. You should NOT be able to see anything in the water with the naked eye - although, with energised water, like Rainbow Pure for example, you may see ‘pockets’ or clusters of Silver. This is unusual and it only happens with energised water. It is not a problem, it’s simply that it destroys a ‘truism’ that existed for many years - that of the Silver particles are always evenly distributed throughout the water, due their inherent positive charge. This is still true, except for these arrant pockets of energy. The Silver rods that are supplied with the machines will last the average family a lifetime or more. ABOUT COLLOIDAL SILVER

THERE are many misconceptions, even some fearful stories around Colloidal Silver. Over the years, we have had many questions as well - most questions repeated thousands of times each. Let’s see if we can clear some of them up. As we have worked and researched with Silver for such a long time, we feel that we are able to answer with authority, even if the ‘authorities’ would not agree. Let’s start with answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:

NOTE: When we use the term Colloidal Silver,
we specifically refer to Nature’s Treasures’ Colloidal Silver.

We cannot vouch the same answers for any other brands. This does not mean that only Nature’s Treasures products are any good, it simply means that we cannot answer for what someone else is doing.

1] YES, it is safe for children - even newborn babies. Colloidal Silver does nothing else but kill [unfriendly] bacteria, virus and fungus as it encounters it in or on the body. As the particles of Silver are microscopic - .001 to .005 micron - and as it can only kill pathogens on actual contact, two points are of interest. First, because of its small size, it is able to quickly enter the bloodstream. Second, again because of it’s small size, the more we can get into the body, particularly for the first week or so, the better. Consider - for a microscopic particle of Silver, the human body is the size of a Universe. To realistically expect a small amount of Colloidal Silver to travel through the physiology and kill all the pathogens makes me think of the likelihood of winning Tattslotto. Therefore it follows that the more we can get into the body, particularly the first few days or weeks, the faster it can do it’s work.

2] YES, it can be taken with all kinds of medications. There has never been even an indication of any possible problems.

3] YES, it works very effectively for all animals. In fact, we have had many reports over the years of pets reluctant to drink water without Silver in it. We are told of dogs and cats that look at their owners as if to say ‘what’s the matter - have you forgotten again?’ It seems they ‘know’ better than we do.

4] YES, it should look just like water.

5] NO, it should not be diluted. Look - all we are ‘allowed’ to ‘claim’ for Colloidal Silver is that it PURIFIES WATER. OK - to ‘purify’ water, that is, to kill all pathogens in water. To do this, you simply add a tiny amount - even at the ratio of 1 to 100 - shake well, allow the water to settle for a few minutes and it’s ready. From this, ‘allowed’ description came the misconception that a] Silver should be diluted and b], only small amounts are needed. Please refer to point No1 above to see why a tiny amount, diluted, is not really effective. On the other hand, this tiny amount WILL purify water, as in a container, when it’s shaken well, there are no ‘obstructions’ and no limits to even a small number of Silver particles to ‘travel’ and destroy all pathogens contained in that container.

6] NO, it will not interfere with any other treatment. As stated above, Silver merely kills harmful pathogens. That action cannot, does not interfere, negate or counter any possible treatment.

7] NO, it is not possible to overdose with Silver. Many of us researchers have tried to overdose and found no upper limit. Rigorous testing has failed to detect any build-up or residue.

8] NO, it does NOT accumulate anywhere in the body. NOTE: reports to the contrary, often from seemingly expert or even official sources are mischievous. They sound true, some are even from alternate practitioners and Naturopaths. Yet they do not differentiate between modern colloids and colloids that are still produced the same way as doctors did 100 years ago. Then, the only way they could produce what they called Colloidal Silver was to dissolve solid metal with acids, then purify the resultant solution. Of course, it could never be properly purified, it remained ‘dirty’, yet even so, it was safe enough to give to babies. [When gonorrheae was prevalent, newborn babies eyesight was in jeopardy when born to mothers with this condition. Doctors would put a drop of Silver in each eye upon birth, to save their sight.] You would not want to consume too much of that Silver. This type of Silver is not only ‘dirty’ but is also still ‘metal’. Whilst our bodies can handle most metals in their true [crystalline] form, often they also remain [deposit, accumulate] in the body. [Interestingly, there is even a company that sells Silver produced by this old method and claims that theirs is the only safe one.] Modern Colloidal Silver is not crystalline - in fact, there is no appreciable difference between it and organic Silver found in food - fruit and vegetables that ‘chelate’ the Silver from the ground or indeed, the Silver we are all born with, already existing in our bodies. So - if the report you read is well-meaning, the writer simply does not know the difference between the different type of colloids. If the report is mischievous, then the writer is being deliberate and hopes that the reader does not know the difference, does not know the truth.

9] NO, Colloidal Silver does not ‘fall’ out of suspension.

10] NOR does it have a limited shelf life. Where do people come up with these things from? Maybe it’s just the way we make our Silver [I don’t think so], but we have in our possession some very old samples and batches - 3, 5, 8 and 14 years old - and they all retain their integrity and the silver is still visibly in suspension. Go figure. Although we do say on our labels ‘do not refrigerate’, we have also ‘failed’ to interfere with our Silver’s integrity by placing it in the fridge, on or near electrical and electronic equipment etc.

11] NO, it does NOT, can NOT, cause Argyria. See Note at point 8 above. Argyria has not occurred since the last recorded case in the 50’s. That was supposed to be the end of the use of Colloidal silver made by alchemy. Nevertheless, I recently read with some alarm, a company leaflet, promoting their own brand of Silver, saying that the only [safe] way to produce Silver is to dissolve solid, pure silver with food acids! Then , there was a paper from a respected Naturopathic publication, which claimed that Colloidal Silver is prepared by mixing silver nitrate, sodium hydroxide and gelatine and diluting this mixture with water! The article also suggests that the preparation may be harmful and toxic. Well, no doubt, that preparation could be toxic! Where do they get these ideas from?

12] WHY should it not be refrigerated? Apart from the point made at No 10, the primary reason is that it cannot go off!! Only bacteria and fungus can make something spoil. Right? So, as neither bacteria nor fungi can survive in the presence of Colloidal Silver, how could the Silver possibly spoil? This may also be a good place to explain. . . .

13] HOW is it made? In simple terms - you take two pure Silver rods [size depending on the ratio of water going to be used], immerse them in pure water, then apply power. Positive to one rod, negative to the other. Apply power at the rate of 27 volts and around 500 microamps. Oxygen will form around one rod, hydrogen around the other. A process similar to galvanising or electroplating will take place, except that instead of ‘plating’ something, minute particles of now liquid silver will part from the rods. As the particles form, they ‘inherit’ a positive charge. This inherent positive charge is what enables the particles to remain in suspension. It is quite a magic show - if you put some silver into a clear glass vial and in a darkened place, shine laser light through the liquid, you will see all the thousands of particles of silver reflecting in the light - all equal distance apart from each other! If you were to swirl the silver in the vial and look again, the effect is even more stunning!
