THE CHOLESTEROL MYTH -An excerpt:

1] Cholesterol is not generally the cause of coronary heart disease [CHD] or myocardial infraction [MI] - blood clot leading to obstruction of a coronary artery.

2] CHD as a cause of death has increased by many times 100% only since we have stopped eating animal fats and

3] Increased consumption of plasticised unsaturated oils not only led to a huge increase of CHD and MI but also ties in with numerous other dis-eases, including cancer. You see, most of the trans isomers in modern hydrogenated fats are new to human physiology. In fact, TOXIC!

4] These new oils and margarines show up also in decline of calcium and magnesium levels in the blood, utilise vitamins and minerals inefficiently, promote poor growth and poor bone development and, create more cholesterol per unit in dry matter in the aorta, liver, muscle and coronary arteries!, suggesting that the cholesterol is transferred from the blood to other tissues.

MICROWAVE OVENS: An excerpt:

It took seven long years. Research papers that were published in 1991, have been suppressed – by law – until the 25th of August, 1998.
Swiss scientist Hans Ulrich Hertel and a Lausanne University professor published the result of their research – on microwave cooking in 1991. The conclusions of the report were clear: Microwave cooking changed nutrients so that changes took place in the participants' blood. These were not healthy changes: decrease in all haemoglobin values and cholesterol values, especially the HDL [good] and LDL ['bad' cholesterol] values and ratio. Lymphocytes [white blood cells] showed a more distinct short-term decrease. All indicators of degeneration – of health and immunity.
Further, they found a highly significant association between the amount of microwave energy in the test foods and the luminous power of luminescent bacteria exposed to serum from test persons who ate the food. Hertel concluded that such technically derived energies may be passed along to man . . . . . . . . .

Time Magazine, 26th of July, had the following short note: “VACCINE WARNING - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has called on doctors to stop giving a vaccine against rotavirus, the leading cause of severe diarrhea in infants - at least until it's safety is confirmed.
